Located at the foothills of the Hunua Ranges, the Hunua Ranges Regional Park is the largest piece of indigenous bush land in the Greater Auckland region. With its many reservoirs and trails throughout the ranges for tramping and mountain biking, amazing scenery, fishing, natural swimming pools and waterfalls.
The Hunua Ranges are home to one the the rarest bird residing on the mainland - the Kokako, which is the name for the lodge which FurcoNZ will be held this year.

Dates: 9th - 12th December, 2011 (from Friday till Monday)
Registration types and cost:
"Full Event" - this covers the entire FurcoNZ: accomodation at Kokako Lodge for the weekend (Friday to Sunday nights), and fully catered meals during the event: dinner for Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner for Saturday and Sunday; breakfast for Monday (8 main meals).

- NZ$ 105.00** (after 1st November and until 30th November, 2011)
"Full Event - Sponsor" - this covers the entire FurcoNZ (as per above) + more! Including: first-in-line and extra goodies for meal services (full 3 course dinner served), plus more benefits (preferential treatment to events for example, details to be finalized).
- NZ$ 145.00** (available until 25th November, 2011)

Please note that we will not accept any "on-site" cash payments this year for "Full Event" registrations, therefore they will have to be paid in full before the start for the event.
"Day Pass" - this covers entry for Saturday and/or Sunday, from 9:00am till 9:00pm. You will also be served lunch and dinner (2 main meals) for the day(s) that you are staying.
- NZ$ 35.00 per day
FurcoNZ will be a fully catered event at a remote lodge/campsite, and your registration cost will cover:
- Accomodation at Kokako Lodge for the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights)
- Fully catered meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during your stay
- And any other goodies that we will hopefully whip up for participants
